About Gilliam Design, LLC

Gilliam Design is owned by Ryan Gilliam, who has over 20 years drawing plans for multiple builders in Central Virginia. It is a goal of this business to make the design process both easy and inspiring to the customer. Originally we provided digital plans and aided builders with their digital libraries. It was our duty to make sure the structural plans made it through the local counties and that the plans were updated if anything was changed during construction. Eventually there was a clear vision for something more that we could do to make the experience better. So we moved to offer 3-D models that also made the plans, did artistic renderings, gave customers virtual tours, allowed builders to see how things came together, and gave us a grasp of the design process like never before. We are constantly innovating and have a passion for home design.
